This website is operated by Vanesen Manufacturing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, trading as vanesen. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit vanesen.com or contact us about a display, manufacturing or HMI project.
Our business contact address is Building 7, No. 105, Zhaoshi Road, Changshu City, Jiangsu, China. For privacy questions or requests, email info@vanesen.com. Our business owner is responsible for handling privacy requests. For project enquiries, use our contact page.
Information we collect
Our website enquiry form asks for your first name, last name, email address, subject and message. You can also upload project images, drawings or documents. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to share.
The form also records information about the page from which an enquiry is sent. Website and form software may collect technical information such as an IP address, browser information and a visitor identifier to operate the site, handle submissions and help prevent misuse.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and files you are authorized to share. Avoid including unnecessary personal information about other people in drawings, images or documents. If you choose not to provide an email address or sufficient project information, we may be unable to respond or assess your request.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to understand project requirements, answer questions, prepare requested quotations and communicate about proposed or ongoing work. We also use relevant technical information to operate and protect the website and troubleshoot form delivery.

Website, email and contact services
Hostinger provides our website hosting. Website content, form information and technical records may be processed within that hosting environment. NetEase provides our email service and processes messages and attachments sent to or from our business mailbox.
We use WPForms within WordPress to operate the enquiry form. Its current configuration allows a visitor identifier cookie and the collection of technical submission details. We use Chaty to display telephone and email contact shortcuts. Those shortcuts open your phone or email application; they are not an on-site live-chat conversation service.
Our Google Site Kit connection includes Search Console for information about search visibility. The Google Analytics, Tag Manager and advertising modules in Site Kit are not enabled at the date of this notice.
Cookies and browser choices
Website functions can use cookies or similar browser storage, including the form visitor identifier and settings needed by site features. You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some storage may affect website functions. A browser cookie setting does not delete an enquiry, email or attachment you have already sent; contact us separately for those requests.
Who can receive information

Our business is based in China. Communications with us involve processing information in China, while service-provider infrastructure may involve other locations. How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not result in an order, we retain the enquiry and related attachments for 12 months after our last communication. We arrange for these records to be deleted or anonymized when that period expires. This is a retention and cleanup policy, not a statement that the website automatically deletes every copy.
If an enquiry becomes an order or active project, relevant records are retained for the time needed to deliver the work, provide agreed support and meet applicable contractual, accounting or legal requirements. Records needed for a specific legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained beyond the ordinary enquiry period.
Technical logs and recovery backups have separate operational retention cycles. Deleting a working record does not necessarily remove a backup copy immediately. Backup copies are subject to the applicable backup replacement or deletion cycle. Contact us for the retention arrangements relevant to a particular record.
Your requests and choices
You can ask us about personal information you have provided, request correction of inaccurate information or request deletion by emailing info@vanesen.com.
