A CLEAR QUALITY PATH

Display quality assurance, from requirements to release

Inspection starts with the application. The checks, sampling plan and records are defined for each project.

01

Define the requirements

Review drawings, materials, critical dimensions and acceptance criteria before work begins.

02

Check during production

Use inspection checkpoints for mechanical parts, electronic assemblies and project-specific features.

03

Verify the assembly

Check fit and function against the agreed inspection and test requirements.

04

Review before delivery

Confirm the agreed inspection records, release criteria and packaging requirements.

INSPECTION & TESTING

Mechanical precision.
Electronic confidence.

Display quality assurance connects dimensional measurement with electronic and functional checks. Define the checks for the assembled product and agree any environmental test conditions.

01 / ELECTRONIC INSPECTION

Checks at board level.

Electrical checks help identify assembly and connection issues before integration. Bench instruments support inspection of keypad boards and other electronic subassemblies.

Checkpoints can include
Continuity and connections · Component and assembly condition · Project-specific electrical checks

02 / ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING

Test for the intended environment.

Environmental chamber testing supports evaluation under defined temperature and humidity conditions. The test profile, duration and acceptance criteria are agreed for the application.

Define the test plan
Temperature and humidity profile · Exposure duration · Functional checks before and after testing

03 / FUNCTIONAL VERIFICATION

Verify the user interaction.

An assembled HMI needs to do more than fit together. Functional checks can verify key input and response using a connected test interface, with additional checks defined by the project.

Focus on the assembly
Key input and response · Interface connections · Agreed display and touch functions
